  1. Bullet What happens if my cleaner is ill or on holiday?

    Although our aim is for you to have the same cleaner to make it easier for the cleaner to meet the specific requirements

     of each job if your cleaner is ill or if their holidays don’t fit in with yours we can arrange another of our fully trained

     and vetted cleaners to clean your house during the time your regular cleaner is away.

  1. Bullet Do you just offer cleaning?

     We primarily offer a home cleaning service but this can include ironing, changing beds and other tasks, please contact

     us  to discuss your specific requirements.

  1. Bullet How many hours would I need a cleaner to come? 

   Usually the first few weeks take a bit longer so that the cleaner can begin by doing a very thorough clean of your home

     and get used to how you like things to be done. When you book a cleaner from our agency one of the supervisors will

     visit you to discuss your requirements and they will be able to tell you how many hours you should allow.

  1. Bullet Do you only offer a weekly service?

     We can arrange to come fortnightly or as a one off visit to do a spring clean if that is your preference.  We will do our

     best to create a solution to best meet your requirements.

     Yes, we have full public and employers liability insurance
